About Happy Hoglets

A Place Where Little Minds Belong and Grow Through Play, Language and Discovery

Happy Hoglets Nursery, trading as Happy Hoglets Multilingual Nursery and provided by EduArt C.I.C., is a warm, inclusive early years setting where every child is welcomed, valued and supported to grow in their own way.

We believe children learn best when they feel safe, secure and connected. Through caring relationships, purposeful play and meaningful experiences, children are encouraged to explore, communicate, make friends, develop independence and become confident learners.

What makes Happy Hoglets different?
Our approach is rooted in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and enriched by our commitment to multilingualism and cultural inclusion.
Our team brings a rich range of language and cultural experiences, with staff who speak French, Italian, Spanish, Romanian and Hungarian, alongside English.
This creates a naturally multilingual environment where children can hear and experience different languages through everyday interactions, stories, songs, conversations and shared experiences.

We recognise the importance of children's home languages, cultures and identities.
For children learning English as an additional language (EAL), we provide a supportive environment where communication develops naturally through play, relationships and meaningful interactions. Our team includes qualified and experienced education professionals and specialists, with members of staff trained both in the UK and internationally. Their experience in education, language learning and working with children from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds helps us provide thoughtful support for children developing their English while valuing and maintaining their home languages. We work closely with families to understand each child's background, interests, strengths and needs, ensuring that every child feels understood, included and confident to communicate.

At Happy Hoglets, learning happens through play, discovery, creativity, movement, conversation and hands-on experiences. Children have opportunities to investigate the world around them, express their ideas, develop early language and mathematical skills, create, problem-solve and build the foundations for future learning.

Our six Happy Hoglets Learning WorldsHappy Me, Happy Talk, Happy Body, Happy Discoveries, Happy Creators and Happy Thinkers — bring together the different areas of children's development in a way that is meaningful, engaging and enjoyable.

We are not simply preparing children for school. We are helping them develop the confidence, communication skills, independence and sense of belonging they need to thrive.

Every child has a story, a language, a culture and a unique way of seeing the world.
At Happy Hoglets, we make space for every one of them.
